Staying at Hotel Glocke was a delightful surprise that exceeded my expectations as a marine biologist and someone who treasures the beauty of nature. The enchanting setting in the Goms valley felt like my personal oasis, blending relaxation with stunning mountain views. The breakfast alone, featuring homemade bread, local cheeses, and fresh eggs, was a culinary highlight that fueled our adventures in cross-country skiing and hiking. The sauna facilities offered a luxurious way to unwind after a day filled with outdoor activities, and I couldn't resist indulging in a massage that melted away any stress. I loved that the owner connected with guests personally, sharing stories that added an authentic touch to the experience. Every corner of the hotel, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the cozy hanging chairs on the balcony, invited us to pause and soak in the serene atmosphere. It was a perfect retreat for me and my companions, providing that much-needed escape to nature paired with wonderful hospitality. I can't wait to return and explore more of what the Goms valley has to offer!
